Custom Book Design

Book design is the creative process through which a book’s style, content, format, layout, and sequence are determined. The goal of book design is to create a visually appealing book that will attract readers and help them to navigate the content. 

The design is important, as your book should begin telling its story before the reader even cracks open the cover. Through the use of captivating visuals and compelling copy, you want to make a strong impression on your audience before they even read a word.

Laying out a book is not an easy task. It is important to think about the flow of the words, how the images will be placed, and where the chapter breaks will be. There are a few things to keep in mind when laying out a book:

• The font should be large enough that it can be easily read, but not so large that it takes up too much space on the page.

• The text should be justified so that it is evenly spaced on both sides of the page.

• The layout should be consistent throughout the book.

• All of the images should be in the same location on each page, and all of the text should be in the same location. 

• Think about where to place the chapter breaks. They should be placed at logical points in the story or after a major event.
